Donation - fee

BUT - 1) The transaction was never completed so why was there a fee? 2) I have never been charged to use my PayPal debit card before - why now?

3) What is a "c.c."?

 4) My card was also declined tonight for no apparent reason, in a p.o. that I use everyday to send my ebay sales via.

Donation - fee

Hi - I tried to make a donation to charity with my  PayPal card - the transaction was declined (even though the money was available) yet I was charged a 73p fee.  Tried to dispute it through my PayPal page online but "error"s occurred.  Please explain!

If you used the friends / family option then its only free if you fund it from your paypal balance OR bank account.

If you use a c.c. then you pay a fee.
