I can t withdraw money from Pay Pal to my accout, I have 19.42 $ and When I try to withdraw the site pop up a notification " You can t withdraw this amount". I deleted my VISA card and try to add it again but I can t. Can somebody help me? I m from Romania. I can t add now my card or Bank account and can t withdraw
