Can't connect either of my bank account or card to paypal

For months now I have been trying to link up my paypal and my EUR bank account due to the fact that I need money, but everytime I tried (with waiting intervals of 1 to 2 weeks between retries), no code was sent to my bank.

Recernty I've been trying to link up my card aswell but, avast, same result.

For reference, my bank is Piraeus and I'm from Romania. And my card is VISA.

Hello Siggy,

This must be terrible. The only reason for this problem is because, PayPal UK doesn't accept customer's adding bank which is not issued in the UK.

Kudos would be appreciated.
