17/6 I tried add new debit card to paypal account, at the end of month I found on bank statement I saw two transactions approx. in 5 EUR (adequate ty our local currency). I was confused what happened here (I forget my request that was now about a month late), went to the bank with complaint form, that somebody could steal from my debit card, since my personal paypal account displayed no activity for last 90 days, credit 0.00, I was not able find in e-mail any note about it, I also locked the card for e-commerce. After all these quite chaotic steps, I realised these codes shoud be for my card validation! Tried first... without success (maybe obsolete, void), the second worked, card was confirmed. Was there some "fee" for adding card, or should I reclaim 5 EUR back and how?
