Adding my bank card to my PayPal account error

Everyime I add or even try to add my own bank card it comes up with a issue that I can't add my card to my PayPal account? It says this "We're sorry, this card can't be added to any more PayPal accounts. Please add a different card."

So do you have OR have you had it linked to other paypal accounts in the past?

I added my bank on my PayPal llike 4 days ago and I closed my account so I made a new one and now I'm having that error.

So did you remove your bank account from the other account BEFORE you closed it?

Why did you not leave it on there and use that other account?
