my account got hack and deleted please help me

today i have recieved a notification telling me that i had deleted my paypal account but i  did  not do  it someone bought a lighter of ebay  and closed my account so i could not make a litige  please help me

the account being closed, no other solution /

you have three means of contact available

for PayPal (since covid-19) which never closed during this period /

for the moment, still no phone / and be patient for the response time.
