Hi all. i sold an hockey card on ebay. i told the buyer that i will ship item at certain day of the week. but i totally forgot there was holiday on this day.
so i message back buyer to inform that i will be late of 1 day.
seller answer me back sayin there was no problem...
everythin was fine till i receive a message from paypal ...it says that buyer did not authorize this transaction...
i message buyer about this and he told me that he already inform paypal that it was a mistake...
2 days have pass no news from buyer or paypal...
here is my biggest concern, i could not ship item myself so girlfriend did...BUT she did not pay for trackin # she ship regular method.
so paypal want me to prove i sent item,wich i cant...and buyer tell me it was a mistake from his part.
feel like im **bleep** 😞 guess not much i can do
im ebay member since 2001 and 100% positive feedback
