A few weeks ago Paypal sent me a mail telling me I have an account restriction. Ok. No problem. I send all the documents, but I forget the BACK of my ID.
Urgh. So, of course, my account stays closed.
NOW, The problem is that after that, the website never gave me the possibility to send the document. It's been 6 weeks that it's written"Thank you for having sent the documents. We will answer in a few days"
And now it's been 2 weeks that I am trying every.single.day to contact PAYPAL and to send the document. PAYPAL only answers with the exact same mail with the steps to send a document, but I can't do it!
I really urgentely need the money now and I feel very desperate.
Can anyone please help pleaaaase ??
