Bonjour, J'ai eu un renouvellement non voulu d'un paiement pour un logiciel. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui est d'accord pour me rembourser mais il me dit que c'est bloqué au niveau de Paypal car j'ai ouvert un litige. Ce dossier litige est clos donc je ne peux pas intervenir dessus. Je vous joins le message du vendeur : "We have noticed that you have opened a dispute with PayPal regarding this order. Please be informed that if you dispute the charge with PayPal the refund process is stopped on our end. We cannot proceed with both at the same time. At this point you can either let PayPal handle this and continue with the dispute or close it and we will send them a separate notice to inform that you request a refund for the reasons explained in your message." A ce niveau qu'est ce que je dois faire ? J'essaye de contacter Paypal mais je ne reçois que des messages automatiques. Merci.
