Hello everyone,
I've made a transaction to a shopping website with paypal on june, the transaction was labelled as a scam by Paypal. However the amount was debited on my bank account.
I supposed that the transaction would be cancelled after some times (I read 30 days on the forum) but this didn't happen.
I've also made a reclamation on the paypal website using FAQ but this one was closed without any useful information.
I would like to know what happend and if it is possible to get the money back, considering it was probably not transferred to the shopping website.
Do you have any advice about it ?
