I can NOT use my Paypal account or update my primary address, because Paypal won't let me remove an old card from an old closed bank account; and I tried over and over to confirm my new CU account, but it doesn't work. What bank login info does Paypal need to confirm my new SELCO CU account? I used my new CU account number and my Paypal password. Does it require a different password? Why won't the system won't let me remove the old deactivated credit card from my closed bank account. I would also like to know why I get no responses to my messages to the Paypal Customer Service people. Thanks, M
