Trying to log in from India

Hello!

I am on a business trip in India and I have money in PayPal that I'd like to access, only PayPal has said that I cannot log in, to contact them instead. I'm not going to call internationally, and the link only goes to the standard FAQs. Any way that I can actually access a customer service person via the web (not on the phone)?

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
