How to link bill me later

I am trying to use bill me later it shows up as a payment option , but because my paypal master card is linked , it will not let me use this option , can some one tell me what to do I have the account open and is paying on it , actually a few dollars from pay off.

Unfortunately, you can't have two products under one PayPal account.  You would need to open another PayPal account to link that billmelater/PayPal Credit account to.
