hello am from Mauritius i have buy dresses on an online site but never received order. i have ask for refund and since 13 september i was told that the refund was made. but nothing is shown in my PAYPAL... and i have mail PAYPAL so much time but never received any replied...

Please how can it happen

a refund could be on the CB, and not on Paypal balance, if the purchase was paid in CB.
