Bonjour
Le fournisseur me demande de clôturer le litige avant de me proposer une solution . Que faire?

Si vous fermez le litige , il ne pourra plus être rouvert quoiqu'il arrive ensuite .

 

Là , votre vendeur parle de compensation , pas d'un remboursement .

Donc attention , car s'il voulait rembourser , il le pourrait , et cela fermerait le litige .
