Hello. I have reporteded a froud case to paypal. I have bought a second hand phone for which I have payed with paypal. The man who sold it was a fraud. Obviously I did not get the phone. I have opened the case with paypal. BUT the PAYPAL CLOSED the case without ANY explanation and, I think, BLOCKED the opportunaty to re-open the case. All in all I have beed robbed with no chance to file the complain to PAYPAL and the most importaint to repot a person, who can continue doing his ileagal activities with the others.
Has anyone had the same problem with paypal and how did all end? How I can make things to move on?
