I can't upload pictures for a dispute

Hi, I have to answer to the seller for a dispute within 3 days but it's been 3 days that I try to upload my pictures. I saw the same error message every time: an error happened, please try again What am I supposed to do??

hello @Smrk , generally, the problem is related to the size of the file.
you need a jpg format, and the file size, less than 2 or 3 Mo.

( généralement, le problème est lié à la taille du fichier.
il faut un format jpg, et la taille du fichier, doit être inférieure à 2 ou 3 Mo. )

de mémoire , c'était 3Mo max .

1000 octets =  1 Mo

It says 10 Mo max but my two pictures are just 1 MB (I downsided them) + they are jpg

you have to try to do it on a computer (dispute manager) and one by one.

I just tried on computer one by one and it still doesn't work...
