PayPal doesn't allow me to pay

To whom it may concern, I've been trying to pay for accomodations via Booking since yesterday and it has been a futile attempt, it's also been detrimental in my wallet because the prices keep going up while I can't finish the reservation, I've tried messaging the company, but it hasn't worked yet, and I need to be solved as soon as possible, I think it has something to do with me traveling around and the company beeing suspicious of my account having been hacked because of all the places I've been to recently, but I'm on a trip, I've even put money into the account from my bank account constantly in the last time, it should be obvious nobody would put money in a hacked or forgotten account, if somebody knows a way to make them understand I'm the owner of the account it would be great, please.
