I provide freebies to loyal customers and I need a simple lookup. The Paypal app has no history lookup like this. The desktop Advanced lookup is horribly slow and can take 5 minutes to look up a name or email from my Paypal database which is currently smaller than 1000 customers. I would appreciate a simple one-touch history for any repeat Paypal customer. Am I the only person who suffers with the desktop advanced search and wants to see an improved simple version on the Paypal mobile app?
