I would like to return the billing address from the PayPal buyer account to WooCommerce plugin and I contacted my merchant support and they referred me to Paypal Customer Care to request them to enable a special flag required to serve that purpose. I contacted them and they have raised the issue via ticket no PT-8620736 and assured me it will be enabled within the next 72 hours, but nothing happened and no further communication has been made.
