I have a Wordpress site that uses Woocommerce's Paypal gateway to take payments. It worked OK for a couple months, and then stopped.
I'm guessing it might have to do with an update that automatically installed, but I really don't know for sure.
The customer puts items in the shopping cart and clicks "Proceed to Paypal", then the error occurs. Paypal doesn't get so far as to ask for card details or Paypal balance etc. It just gives "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." as a response and the transaction doesn't complete...
I called Tech Support and they had me check my API credentials which seem OK.
I have placed a ticket and initially got a response asking for more info, which I provided, but it's been several days now and Tech Support has stopped responding...
Anybody else using the Woocommerce Paypal gateway plugin? Should I install something else?
