WooCommerce PayPal Standard IPN/PDT Issues

Hi, I’ve recently launched a new WooCommerce store, the third of its kind using the same PayPal address. However, there seems to be some sort of issue with the IPN, and even PDT. The majority of orders remain stuck as pending payment, yet the odd few complete correctly, i.e. receive IPN and update to Processing. Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, what was the solution? I’ve insured the Invoice Prefix is unique btw. Thanks, Matthew
