When you check out its says things dont appear to be working at the moment

Hi there,

This is the  error i get

Ive been told that ive configured my woocommerece pluggin correctly and all settings are there so it must be something in my paypal account thats not quite right yet... anyone help out here, any ideas?

Hi Charlotte2018, and welcome to the forum! You're right about this particular error being caused by something related to your PayPal account. The last part of the error message, "EWP_SETTINGS" refers to the 'Encrypted Website Payments' settings within your account, and to edit this, please take a look at the steps below:

1. Login to your PayPal account and click on Profile/Profile and Settings

2. Click on My Selling Tools

3. Click 'Update' to the right of Website Preferences

4. In the 3rd section for 'Encrypted website payments' tick the OFF radio button

5. Save your settings
