We are B2B and accept phone in orders for catalog items, no card present, we currently process a sale transaction manually after our products ship using virtual terminal. Screen capture and manually send the customer an eMail receipt is very slow and labor intensive.
What we really want to do is automatically send a receipt to the credit card holder after we process a sale transaction with PayPal virtual terminal. The current virtual terminal does not have this ability.
Has anyone done anything for this type of transaction with VT that could help us? Or, any suggestions?
Also any ERP integration ideas for companies that process VT transactions would be appreciated? By batches maybe?
We Love PayPal but need to find a better way to integrate and process.
