Verify business account

Hi!
We have created a PayPal app and it used to work fine in a sandbox. After submitting the PayPal app we got a message: 

Thank you very much for your email.

I am pleased to inform you that we have approved your app for live API usage.  However, your PayPal account is unverified at this time.  Without verifying your PayPal account, you will be unable to make live API calls.  To verify your account simply log in to your account and follow the steps on your Summary page to complete your profile. 

 

Seems like everything is pretty obvious. But, when I sign in I do not see anything related to account verifying. Maybe it's already verified.  Can anyone help?
When we are trying to make a payment (adaptive/chained) we get an error ("User is not allowed to perform this action").
