Hi, we correctly work with our adaptive payments integration since 2013. From this morning we started to get this odd error for all our requests for preapprovals:
errorId: 580022 domain: PLATFORM subdomain: Application severity: Error category: Application message: Unsupported country code IT parameter: Array
We've changed nothing on our side and since yesterday, everything (preapprovals and chained payments worked smootly).
Any help?

The issue should now be resolved.
Please check from your side and let me know if the issue is still persisting.
Again, apologies for any inconvenience.
Thanks !

Great to know @Ulule, I've just notified the MTS support person that we're not alone, this should speed up the fix, I hope.

Hi @Ulule , I guess you've opened a MTS support ticket yet.
If not, please do it asap, the person who I'm talking about this issue told me that the more we are opening tickets on this, the more are the chances the engineers take this in charge quickly. If you can send me your ticket number I can pass it to the person who's managing this issue to merge our requests and have the chance to speed up the process.
Cheers, Fil.

@MTS_Ciaran @angelleye can you please pass this issue to the tech team?
It is completely blocking and as you can see here and on stack overflow is involving several businesses: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57973086/paypal-adaptive-payments-unsupported-country-code-error...
Thanks, Fil

Good to hear Justin.
We're totally blocked by this.
Thanks for the feedback, we've already opened a ticket to MTS but we'll greatly appreciate if you can report when this is fixed and an idea of the time it will take, just to give our user feedback on this on our hand.

Thanks Justin.
Just a question: why there's no evidence of this at all in the paypal status website?
Nor in the APIs tab, nor in the History tab. Shouldn't be there too?
