This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

When i test with sendbox business pro credential for test most it is working well and order execute with paypal sample credit cards.

But when i use live credential and test with live credit card i got following error on checkout.

"This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions."

Whats wrong ? what should i do?
