I just finished setting up my API credentials on my new website with the help of a developer from Fiverr and tested Sandbox and setup Woocommerce, however when try to checkout i still get the message 'Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.' my developer said i have to contact PayPal that they may have limitations on my account. its a fairly new account with no money in it.
Im in Kenya and im not sure if that is contributing to the error. I've tried to contact PayPal but with no reply. This is so frustrating. can someone please help me??
