The managing page of the credential API constantly loads without stopping

When I visit this link I  get a "Cant open Page" message that says too many redirects occurred trying to open....   This is the only way I can set up my billing system's PayPal module.  My new business is now on hold until I can access this link.

My problem was solved by switching to FireFox browser 😉

I already use Chrome and Firefox. now the problem is solved by itself. Thankyou for the response
