TLS 1.2 and HTTP/1.1 Upgrade -- "paypal connection ok"??

I received a message from paypal about security upgrades.  It said all my systems were good, except the following:

TLS 1.2 and HTTP/1.1 Upgrade

I did some investigating and figured out that I could test my system using the test link, and it said "PayPal_Connection_OK".

So... why does the email tell me I need to update?  I'm totally confused now.  I mean... am I good?  Do I need to take further action?

I just basically don't understand this *at all*.
