Hi We have a seller account in India and selling product worldwide.When some of our users trying to pay through our PayPal express checkout API it says the same error which is written in subject.THere is no error response received from paypal for this error.So we are unable to debug this error.Please let us know where can be the problem and how it can be corrected.Our details in paypal seller account are verified.
