Slow pp express API performance

Getting result for paypak express from

https://api-3t.paypal.com/nvp
takes up to 60 seconds

Having the same issue you suffered in february now on svcs endpoint responses for adaptive payments:

They're probably different and not connected issues but, anyway, how did you solved your?
Was it a paypal temporary issue?
