I would like to verify that the subscription plan is activated in my Shopify store.

I would suggest to please contact support of Shopify eCommerce to cross check Shopify account settings/setup. 

 

To implement PayPal Subscription integration on your website(built via third party eCommerce Shopify), please follow the below steps. 


Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select "Smart Subscription" button type >> fill all the required details >> copy & paste the button code on your website with the help of your website developer.

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps

 
REST API Subscription integration, use the Subscription API: 
 
 
NVP/SOAP API Subscription integration, use the CreateRecurringPaymentsProfile API (NVP) operation: https://developer.paypal.com/api/nvp-soap/create-recurring-payments-profile-nvp/ 

 

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.
