Send payments to thai (thailand) account

Hello. I'm from Korea.

I've been using 'AdaptivePayments/Pay' API to send money to freelancers.

Since a few months ago, I couldn't send money to those who has Thailand account. (The receivers from other countries are totally fine.)

The Error Code is 589009, and the message is 'The payment can not be processed because no payment source is available'

So, I tried it on paypal website to figure out what is causing the problem (my account? or theirs?).

and I succeeded to send money so easily (using send Payments)

In all my transaction details, the funding type is always Credit Card..

I mean, I think.. Everything is the same condition except the country.

Is the API to do with the problem?  Is it because the API is deprecated?

I have no Idea.  please help! 😞

Good day @arara90,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

Unfortunately, we no longer onboard Adaptive applications as the product has been deprecated for several years.

PayPal Commerce Platform for Marketplaces and Platforms product is a replacement of Adaptive payments, which serves the similar product experience.

For LIVE PayPal Commerce Platform for Marketplaces and Platforms integration, I would suggest to please fill the PayPal Marketplace application via below link.

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/partner-program/contact-us?ref=marketplace

Once applied, relevant department will be reviewing your business details and contact you directly.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,
