Refunds error: Length of data to decrypt is invalid

HI all,

I hope someone can help a bit:

• I´m trying to reuse paypal refunds for a new PaypalHere development.
• I just need the refunds to work since payments for PaypalHere will be processed by other vendor.
• I´ve got a .net development for "classic paypal" refunds, working (developed by somebody else). It uses username, password, certificate file.
• I managed to download certificate file convert it to ".p12" file.
• When I test run the development I get back this error message: Length of data to decrypt is invalid
