Problem setting up Third-Party API Users

I am trying to setup a Third-Party API Users.

Once I add the credentials: paypal_api3.vibaweb.com

I can see it added to the list. However, once I refresh the page, the name is suddenly changed to [Removed]

Upon trying to sync my transaction with the accounting software, I get Authentication/Authorization Failed.

From the accounting software company said it won't work unless the api is set to paypal_api3.vibaweb.com

Why would paypal change this on its own and how to prevent this?
