Paypal payment is not working on my virtuemart website

I have a Joomla e-shop with Virtuemart. I have installed the API's for Production and Sandbox but nothing is working.

My clients cannot pay.  I don't know what the problem is.

- Sandbox is not working

- Production is not leading to Paypal

Any help will be much appreciated.
