Hi there. I'm testing something here and i need some explanation. 

I create a billing plan, with Indefinite Daily cycle Frequency, in Jun 12[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]PDT as you can see in this image.

The webhook to next Payment will run every day at 09:15:31 PDT ? or it have to "run" at first second/microsecond of next days?
