Paypal Adaptive Payments

Hi!
We would like to connect our Marketplace Platform to Paypal Adaptive Payments. In our Markeplace sellers will sell digital content to customers. 

We want Paypal to accept payment from customer and spread the money among seller, our platform (% commission) directly, without our involvement. 

Does  Adaptive Payments service provide this possibility?
Our sellers will be from Ukraine and Russia, will they be able to accept payments through Paypal?
Our platform based in US, will we be able to accept payments too?

Hi Asel, unfortunatley the use of the fabulous Adaptive Payments APIs have been restricted a couple of years ago and are available only for selected partners and use cases approved by Paypal in the past. As far as I know, new integrations are not allowed.
