I am using the PayPal payouts API but it is slightly unpredictable what a given day/week's payouts might be. Is it possible to auto-reload my business account balance when it goes below a certain threshold to avoid a payout failing (or better yet, connect paypal directly to a bank/card so it will never fail)? Thank you!

Good day @dl2023,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.
Merchants should handle/check their PayPal account balance and add sufficient funds.
Please make sure you have enough PayPal balance in your PayPal account while processing Payouts API request calls to PayPal system.
Sincerely,
Chiranjeevi
