Opencart 3.0/ paypal express issues

Hello,

I am trying to use paypal express in opencart 3.0.

When I am in the checkout and reach the payment option then click continue nothing happens. the confirm order screen

does not display. It remains with same screen. The same thing happens in sandbox mode also

I am not sure if others have experienced this, please forgive me if this has been already answered.

I can use some help.
