NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic) - Server error

Hi Guys

I tried connecting my website through the "NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)" option.

The computer phoned me and wanted me to enter a code they gave me but the computer did not respond to the code they gave me.

Now the NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic) option is disable.

I also tried to change my number to mobile and it does not want to change my number also.
