My developer team have designed three party payments (buyer, seller and my company account in Paypal)using Braintree, and it is working fine in Sandbox. We now want to apply Paypal to enable Mass Pay for our solution to work in real life. However, I am having trouble getting a reply from Paypal. All they have to do is enable Mass Pay, so can anyone guide me to get through this last obstacle?
