Hi everyone,
I have just started my business using shopify e-commerce plateform and I used at firt the gateway "Paypal Payments Pro" as a gateway, I have then received payments for a couple of orders from clients, but nothing appears on my Paypal balance. I have checked on Paypal website and found out that this gateway can only be used by US residents which is no the case for me as I'm from Morocco. I have then changed the gateway to Paypal Express Checkout bu nothing appears in my balance for the previous orders.

I have chacked with Shopify admins and they told me that they cannot help me as the payments went through Paypal.
Could you please help get my payments into Paypal?
