Is anyone else getting "Invalid credentials" for GetBasicPersonalData?

Hi, we've been using the permissions API since a couple of months ago but today, using the GetBasicPersonalData operation is returning an "Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect." message, even for credentials we know have worked yesterday and we stored in our database. Has anyone suffered something similar lately?

A couple of days ago I received a ticket from the support addressing this as a bug. Still waiting for the confirmation of the fix.
