Initial amount doesn't appear in Paypal while doing recurring payment

While doing recurring payment in PayPal. I send all required parameter with setupFee as the initial amount to PayPal but It doesn't show up the amount at top of the payment screen, When I do normal payment it appears properly because I set this value as Items with payment object, But in recurring payment, such option is not there or maybe I could not found one,

While doing normal payment with Items and Payment object, It shows 300 USD as define : 

While doing Payment with Agreement Object as defined in PayPal document. It amount doesn't appear.
