We have a Magento 2 webshop with a default PayPal integration.
First we got the error the state field was missing from the parameters, I've read the API docs and added the regions to Magento as per https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/state_codes/#indonesia.
Now I do get to PayPal with an indonesian address, however, it still shows a general error (Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.)
Also, when I check out from Magento with a dutch address (which goes fine) and then change the address back to an Indonesian address, when trying to save the address I get the error that the address is invalid.

Can someone help me figure out what is actually causing the error and how to correct it?
