How to retrieve a token without domain name?

Hi !

I'm developping my e-commerce and I just arrived to the stage "integration of an API Paypal" which request a Domain or a VPN to retrieve my first token.
Are you still rejecting a connexion by VPN today and will you allow it in a forecoming date. Am I obliged to get a domain to finish my e-commerce.
And why do you forbid the most protective way for an e-transaction?

Forget my post, I left astray in reading a problem about Paypal and NVP protocol but in context of real transaction which request a tracability and of course you can't with a NVP. I know now I can test my e-transaction in developper mode with a NVP
