Hi,
How can we enable "Requesting customer's billing address" on sandbox. I see in the below documentation that we need to contact customer care, do we have to do the same for Sandbox also?

Can you submit a ticket to our technical support team at www.paypal.com/mts (click Contact Support at the bottom) with your sandbox business email address so we can get that option enabled for you?
