Do any PayPal staff read these forums? If yes, can you please enable "Sign up for Enhanced Recurring Payments" to work on all accounts?
I clicked the link, but it goes to an error page which says "We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again.". the link target URL is this, https://www.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_product-go&product=premium_services&auth=(big authstring) which redirect to the error here: https://www.paypal.com/merchantsignup/router/au/wps - but no amount of "try again" fixes it.
My account is very old (~20 years) which might be a contributing factor.
